I am looking for Gross Premiums Written, Net Premiums Written, Net Income and Premiums Earned per year from 2016-2019, per line of business for all non-life insurance companies in the Philippines.

You asked for Key Statistics For Non-Life Insurance Companies Per Line of Business (Per Year).

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. Please find enclosed requested data, which are hereby released exclusively for purposes related to your market research. It must be noted the 2018 and 2019 data are obtained from the Quarterly Reports on Selected Financial Statistics. The said reports are considered part of unaudited financial statements, which are still unofficial and unverified, consistent with Insurance Commission Circular Letter No. 2018-37 dated 05 July 2018 (copy attached).

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to The Deputy Insurance Commissioner for Management Support Services Group of the Insurance Commissioner with email address eh.balmes@insurance.gov.ph.
