May I ask a Certificate of License for Non-Life Insurance..I have a xerox copy acquired from BPI-MS Ins.Corp. dated Oct.25, 2012 to June 30, 2013.

Also, may I ask a CERTIFIED TRUE COPY of my passing the Licensure exam- Non-Life insurance sometime 2001?

This is needed for my promotion as Asst.Professor at the University of Makati. These documents form part of my government licensure exams given by the Insurance Commissionof the Phils.
