I would like to request the number of deaths claims made to the insurance commission covering the period from 1 January 2015 to 31 December 2022 (or up to latest available date).

I request this information to be broken down by:-

1. Total number of claims made by month of death (entire period)
2. Total number of claims made by month of death related to Covid-19 as a cause of death, by month (2020 to end of 2022)
