Hi! Would like to seek assistance.

I was scheduled for an IC-ACE online examination on January 24, 2022 but no email from IC-ACE regarding the registration link and details has been received. We already sent follow ups but still they've no response. How should this be resolved?

Your Request

You asked for IC EXAM.

Response to Request

In relation to your request, please be advised that, based on the record of the Licensing Division, you were scheduled for Online ACE Batch 3A on 24 January 2022. However, you were not able to proceed with the examination on the said date. Your company, Pru Life Insurance Corporation of U.K. (“Pru Life U.K.”) rescheduled the examination for Online ACE Batch 3B on 17 March 2022. The examinee was again unable to proceed with the examination on 17 March 2022 due to the use of an incorrect username. Considering the foregoing, Pru Life U.K. has again rescheduled the examination of the examinee to Online ACE Batch 3B on 08 April 2022.
