March 16, 2021 Dear Angelo Udaundo, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Feb 22, 2021 03:47:14 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You asked for Request for Motor Vehicle Collision Ratio. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. Please note that we have solicited from various operating units of this agency if we have the data being requested related to Motor Vehicle Collision Ratio. Our Statistics and Research Division; Regulation Enforcement and Prosecution Division (REPD); and, the Rating Division confirmed that the agency is not available within the agency. Our REPD can only provide the number and amount of claims paid provided by PAMI and SCCI for the Public Utility Vehicles (PUV) Personal Passenger Accident Insurance (PPAI) coverage. Moreover, the data is neither available nor indicated in the submitted annual statement of insurance companies. However, you may wish to contact the Department of Transportation instead, or resubmit your request addressed to the correct agency on the eFOI portal. For further assistance you may review the FAQ section of the eFOI site: https://www.foi.gov.ph/help.
