Good day!

I am Kimberly V Cunanan. Birthdate is July 24 1998 would like to ask if was it possible for me to know my BP number in GSIS even though i was only 8 months in service in my current position and this is my  first time to get a Bp Number in gsis. 
If possible, may I know the steps on how to get the BP number? Or can i apply BP number online?
