Good day, PhilHealth! 

I  would like to ask for your help with my research regarding association of air pollution to health outcomes. 

I respectfully request for patient-level data with elements such as the date of admission and discharge, patient identification number, gender, birthday/age, address, name of facility admitted and the ICD10 diagnostic code for each admission or the disease for 2014-2018 in Iligan City.
