Hello. I would like to have PhilHealth data from 2015 to 2019 on ff. ICD codes: A08.0; A08.3; A08.4; A09.0; A09.9; P78.3; R19.7; K56.1; C53.0;C53.1; C53.9; C53.8; D06.0; D06.1; D06.7; D06.9.

We would need age and sex of patient; date illness; hospital type (public/private); residence (municipality and region); patient type; member category; amount of claims and incurred hospital cost.

We had submitted an earlier request but the data was only for 2015 and it did not have the incurred hospital costs.
