Ako nga po pala di hermilo Reyes Aler JR
Ako po ay humihingi ng tulong ukol sa aking vaccine card 
Na naniwala ko kong maari po ba ako makakuha kahit certificate lang bilang katunayan na ako po ay fully vaccinated 
Sapagkat ito po ay kailngan sa ina-apply-an kong trabaho nalimutan ko po kasi ang aking reference number at wala din po akong copya nito maari po ba itong matugunan para ako po ay matulungan marami Pong salamat maari nyo po itong na send sa aking email address (hermiloaler44@gmail.com)
