Hello po Magandang Araw po sa inyo !
Nagbabaka sakali po kami na may malapitan po na tulong sa inyo po. Need tulong pinansyal po para sa aking Tito na naospital due to stroke and pneumonia. Sa ngayon po naka confine pa din po siya and dumami po ang kanyang complications namamaga po ang kanyang utak at puso ang sabi ng doktor namin, ngayon po ay may tubig na din po ang kanyang baga. Kaya lahat po ng posibleng aming malapitan ay nilalapitan na po namin dahil patuloy po ang paglobo ng aming bill sa ospital. Nawa po ay matulungan niyo po kami sa aming kinakaharap na problema.

You asked for FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR MY TITO HOSPITALIZED DUE TO STROKE AND PNEUMONIA.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not provide financial assistance. However, you may wish to contact other govt. offices such as DSWD with regards to your request. In addition, please be informed that PhilHealth provides benefit for hospitalization. An active PhilHealth member, can avail the PhilHealth benefit prior discharge to the hospital via case rate packages.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to actioncenter@philhealth.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
