Magandang Araw, ako po si Sabina Hernaez 50 yrs old na nakatira sa Pasig at kasalukuyang naka admit sa Pasig City General Hospital. Ako po ay dinala sa emergency room petsa 25 ng Disyembere taong 2023. Ako po ay nakitaan ng sakit na tinatawag na Acute Cholangitis, may komplikasyon sa Diabetes at Kidney. Ako po ay nag karoon ng operasyon at dialysis. Nais ko po sanang magkaroon ng PWD card upang makatulong sa mga gastusin at magiging bayarin sa ospital.
