I am doing research on PHIC's All Case Rates policy. I am told I need to first submit a list of 'types of respondents' for interviewing, with types being job titles. I would then be given a list of potential key informants. There is an "Interim Table of Organization Prior to the Reorganization" on the PHIC website, but an updated version would be more value adding. To know what offices to focus on (via chart) and the specific job titles (via list) to request for would be extremely helpful. If I cannot have the entire chart, I would like one per PRO, and one for the national level.
