I would like to kindly request from your good office a copy of PhilHealth Board Resolution No. 2516 s. 2020 in order to aid my legal research. This request is made in accordance with the Freedom of Information Program of the Philippine Government as established in Executive Order No. 2, series of 2016.

Good day! Thank you for your reply. While the attached link contains the Circulars and Advisories related to Covid-19 PhilHealth Benefit Packages, I would like to review PhilHealth Board Resolution No. 2516 s. 2020 as the said Resolution served as the basis for Circulars 2020-0009 and 2020-0011. With this, the purpose and intent behind the aforementioned Circulars would be better understood if the said Board Resolution was reviewed. The provisions found in the Circulars would be better interpreted and applied in my study if a copy of the said Resolution was released.
