Good day! Hope you are doing great! I would like to request a soft copy of my Pagibig Loan Voucher at  my previous employer HKT Teleservices Ph as my new job at Accenture requires me to send my Pagibig Loan Voucher. 

Hoping you can send my current record(s) in Pagibig.
