Ako po si Mary Jane Estoperez Fernando ako po ay nkikipaglaban sa severe covid pheumonia,isa po akong daily wage income earner, lumapit po ako sa inyong butihing opisina para manghingi ng authorization na magamit ko ng sagad ang prebilihiyo ko bilang isang philhealth contributor.sana po matulungan nyo ako.
