SUBJECT : ISO 27001 Certification of ComClark/Converge
Relative to the eFOI’s request, we are writing to inform you that the IT Management Department has already coordinated with ComClark/Converge to ensure compliance since last week but due to the limited workforce brought by the ongoing Enhanced Community Quarantine, there has been a delay on the retrieval of the requested document by the service
provider. The IT Management Department shall continuously fast track to provide the copy of ISO 27001 Certification as soon as possible.
