I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally request the complete list of procedure case rates, including the first and second case rates, along with specific data fields. I am particularly interested in obtaining the following information:
*RVS code: The Relative Value Scale code associated with each procedure.
*Description: A detailed description of each procedure.
* Case Rate: The case rate amount for each procedure, including, the Professional Fee and the Health Care Institution Fee.

To elaborate on this request, we would like to request for the All Case Rate Library in Excel, SQL or CSV File Format in order to integrate accurate RVS Codes and Case Rates when submitting claims for processing through the PhilHealth e-Claims Web Service.
