I am writing to formally request the latest and complete list of medical case rates used by PhilHealth, including the first and second case rates, along with specific data fields such as its ICD Code, RVS Code, Description, Group, HCI Fee, Professional Fee, Case Rate Total Amount, Applicable healthcare Institutions (licensed institutions capable to perform the procedure for each case). Please provide this as an Excel file. The format we are requesting is provided in the URL below:
