Good afternoon, may I request for statistics on total claims by ICD 10 code similar to the one uploaded in the Philhealth website: https://www.philhealth.gov.ph/about_us/statsncharts/snc2017.pdf

The online version lists only the top 10 medical case rate but we need all the codes with at least a minimum of 10 years of data until present date.

May we also request that it be in MS Excel version? Thank you so much!
