Hi, I'd like to get a clearer detail on the following:
1. Who are the proponents of this circular and when was this discussed and passed to be included for the Universal Healthcare Bill
2. When and how will the info dissemination for this circular happen, especially to the OFWs?
3. What will the OFWs benefit from the said increase in premiums?
4. Will there be assistance on the payment of premiums of lower-income OFWs?
