Good day! 

I would like to request the data for the claims on Animal Bite Treatment Package (SDG Related Philhealth benefit) from 2015-2020. I'd like to ask the data to be disaggregated into the following: 

a. Region
b. Health institution/facility
c. Date of claim
d. Type of treatment (i.e., Rabies vaccine, Rabies Immune Globulin, Local wound care, Tetanus toxoid and anti-tetanus serum, Antibiotics, Supplies)
e. Classification (e.g., student, employee, etc)
