Hi! I would like to request information regarding:

1. Percentage of No Balance Billing (NBB) Compliance of all government hospitals in the Province of Bohol from January 1,2012 to December 31,2017

2. Source of Out-of-Pocket Expenses of NBB eligible patients of all government hospitals in the Province of Bohol

3. Number of NBB eligible patients (per member category) confined in government hospitals in the Province of Bohol from April 2015 to December 31 2017
