Hi maam / sir, 

Gusto ko lang po malaman bakit nahinto ang EPCB, at bakit walang pinaabot na memo/notice/announcement dito? As a member, we expect na makakareceived kami ng ganitong serbisyo? Lalo na at kailangang kailangan ko ito ngayon for my health problems? I hope and pray na malinawan tungkol po dito. At ano pa po ang ibang alternative or option para maka avail ng libreng check up at laboratory sa preferred naming hospitals?
