My name is Ronniel Reyes Bernardo from Zamboanga city. 
I apply for Free PWD Philhealth on November 21,2022 and I follow-up this year 2023 the DSWD said the city government of Zamboanga hold-on the request of DSWD Free Philhealth.
The question why the city government of Zamboanga put on-hold the request of DSWD Free Philhealth?
