Hi, I would like to request for data on the following:
1. Total number of DOH certified CIUs submitted to PhilHealth for accreditation (excel table details: region, province, name of facility, type of facility*, date of submission of certification list to PhilHealth*, certification period -start and end date*)
2. Total number of PhilHealth accredited CIU facilities (excel table details: region, province, name of facility, type of facility*, accreditation period - start and end date*)
3. Total number of CCIBP claims per province (filed.rth.denied. paid*)
