Hi! i would like to request for information regarding:

1) The number of reported COVID-19 Vaccine Adverse Events claiming Indemnity thereof from year 2021 to present.
2) The data on number of patient contracted with COVID-19 (Vaccinated and Unvaccinated).
3) The data of fundings, bills paid to the different hospitals, doctors catering COVID-19 Cases.
