If possible, I hope it can be disaggregated to the following: Claim Series-Lhio, Illness 1 Code (C19T1, C19T2, C19T3), Membership Type, Institution Name, Institution Class, Institution Social Sector, Institution Region, Institution Province, Admit Date, Discharged Date, Claim Status.
