1. Excel file of IRM liquidation status per Facility as of February 2, 2021
File should include: region, province/city, name of facility, amount of IRM allocation paid, amount of IRM allocation liquidated

2. Excel file on CIUs as of February 2, 2021
File should include: region, province/city, name of facility, no. of good claims, no. of RTH claims, no. of claims paid
