Hi,

I want to take advantage of Philhealth Benefits for PWD. I already have PWD provided by Dasmarinas, Cavite. However, when I verified the ID number via https://pwd.doh.gov.ph/tbl_pwd_id_verificationlist.php, it says, not found. Please help.
