Hi! I would like to request my true philhealth number. I have here my old MDR last 2016 with PIN 112019902393, but upon requesting again in Philhealth Office this Jan. 5, 2022, upon arriving home I compared it with my old MDR it shows that they have different PIN but with same info like address and birthday. Here's the new MDR PIN 112028947073. Hope you can help me with this matter. Thank you.
