I want to become a member and obtain my PhilHealth number and ID.  This is the address of the nearest Regional Office to me: G/F PhilHealth Building, Lazatin Blvd., San Agustin, San Fernando City, Pampanga, C-2000. I am attempting to contact the regional office through their landline numbers, but I am not receiving any responses or answers to my calls. Can you please provide information on when the system will be fully functional? If there's any estimated timeline for this, I'd appreciate knowing.

Most PhilHealth systems have already been restored and operational. We recommend visiting our nearest PhilHealth Offices/branches for further assistance.
