Hi! I am a PWD under Psychosocial, and I already have a PWD ID from Cainta DSWD. I'd want to know how I can register for DOH Philippine Registry for Persons with Disability so I can take advantage of the Philhealth benefits for PWD. I checked my PWD ID # at https://pwd.doh.gov.ph/tbl_pwd_id_verificationlist.php and it is not on the record. Please help.
