I am requesting the the following information as inputs for health mapping of Pasig City. The information will be used in the project that is a collaboration between Clean Air Asia and Pasig CTDMO for e-mobility initiatives.

No. of health claims on the following diseases for 2019 and 2020, segregated by per barangay, health facility, age and sex.

(a) Heart Attack
(b) Stroke
(c) Ischemic Heart Disease
(d) Asthma
(e) Lung Cancer
(f) Acute bronchitis
(g) Pneumonia
(h) Lower Respiratory Infections
(i) Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
(j) Influenza
