Good afternoon.  The Congressional Policy and Budget Research Department of the House of Representatives prepares an analysis of the Annual Proposed Budget for the perusal of House members during the budget deliberations.  In this regard, I would like to request the PhilHealth's Financial Accountability Report (FAR 1) or the Statement of Appropriations, Allotment, Obligations, Disbursements, and Balances of PhilHealth for the period January 1 to December 31 2021.  These documents are usually in the agency's transparency seal; I couldn't find them on your website.
