RA 11525 includes provisions for payments on vaccince-injuries for covid-19 and other diseases.

1. How many claims have been submitted?
2. How many claims have been approved / paid?
3. How many claims have been denied? Why have they been denied?

Please state the answers to these requests on a monthly basis starting January 2020 up to date.
