We are currently conducting a research on the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) honoraria of various government agencies.

Good day!
Just for a sample about the amount and mode of distribution of honoraria, here is an example.
In the case of Department of Budget and Management, they give the following amount of honoraria per completed procurement project to the following BAC members:
BAC Chair - Php3,000
BAC Members - Php2,500
TWG Chair and Members - Php2,000
In addition to this, the total honoraria received per month for each member should NOT exceed 25% of their monthly basic salary.
