I am a medical officer training to be a specialist in the field of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery.

I am respectfully requesting PhilHealth Data on the claims filed for NEWBORN HEARING SCREENING from 2016-2020.

If possible, I am requesting the data be disaggregated according to:
1) Admit Year
2) Payment Year
3) Illness Code/Description/ICD code
4) Claim Status
5) Count of Claims
6) Gender/Sex
7) Patient Age Group
8) Sum of Claims Amount
9) Payment by Region, Province, Municipality, City
