Hi!  I would like to ask for the Philhealth claims (number of claims, amount claimed) made in the above-specified time period for the following ICD-10 codes, disaggregated by code:

Ischemic heart disease:  ICD-10 I20-!25
Stroke: ICD-10 I60-I63
Hypertensive disease: ICD-10 I10-I16
Other cardiovascular disease: ICD-10 I11 (hypertensive heart failure) and I13 (hypertensive heart failure with CKD).
