Good day. I am hoping someone can assist me with my query. I was a former Medical Officer employed with a government hospital under the DOH.

Are there any issuances from Philhealth and/or DOH, specifically for government hospitals, regarding Philhealth claims that were allegedly submtted beyond the allowed 60-day period, by any medical officer? Can the medical officer be held liable for denied claims due to alleged late submission of the claims, under any Philhealth or DOH issuance? If so, can someone please provide me with a list of said issuances, that may provide enlightenment with regards
