Good morning ask lang po ako
Employer po kasi ako na maghahandle ng gov remittances and nagresign na po yung nagreremit samin dito
Ang problem po, meron po kasi kami na declared na philhealth number na para dapat sa ibang employee pero inactive na po iyon. Parehas po kasi sila ng employee ID kaya nagamit po yung number na dapat po hindi sa kanya
Question lang, if magrerequest po kami ng transfer ng contri records, ano po pwede namin dalhin sa branch? Ok na po ba gumawa kami ng letter of transfer req and proof of payment? Or May need pa po ba?

Another thing po possible po ba kami makarequest sa any branch ng mdr ng mga employee namin na nagiinvalid number samin since until now, meron padin po hindi makapagprovide ng correct phil number nila kaya nagkakaproblem kami sa remittance nila. Ano po kayo pwede namin dalhin para makapagrequest kaming emplpyer na po mismo. Mismong mga employee na po kasi namin talaga yung hindi nagcocomply kahit online hindi din sila makapagbukas. Nagbigay nadin kami ng instruction paano pero wala padin po

You asked for PHILHEALTH EMPLOYER CONCERN.
Response to Request
In order to attend to your concerns, it is necessary to formalize your request by submitting a written letter to the manager of the PhilHealth branch within your catchment area. As an employer, it would be beneficial to enclose or append a list of your employees (containing their names and birthdates) in the letter, so that PhilHealth can generate a list with the corresponding PhilHealth Identification Numbers (PINs) to each employee. Additionally, you may also request the updated contributions of your employees.

Good evening po
Inask na din po namin if possible makapagreq sa branch, nagsubmit kami ng letter of request containing the name and birthday ng employees (total of 4 headcounts) pero binigyan din po kami ng pmrf and er2 para makapagrequest which is yung problem namin since hindi po nagcocomply yung mga employee namin na nag iinvalid kaya yung fillup forms is hindi din possible maibigay nila.
