Census of PhilHealth cases/claims for years 2016-2020 for the following hospitals located in Camarines Norte, Bicol region. Please include Year of admission, illness type (medical/procedural), out patient / inpatient status, claim status, claims count as well as SUM OF CLAIMS COUNT
