May I request for an Excel file with data on all Philhealth Z-benefit claims for CANCER across all regions, from the time the Z-benefit package started in 2012 to 2021?
1. Patient info: age, sex, marital status, educ attainment, employment status, region, income level, member category/sub-category
2. Disease/treatment info: cancer site, cancer stage, ICD-10 code, RVS code
3. Hospital info: name, region, private/govt
4. Claims info: Z-benefit package code, NBB or co-pay (if co-pay, how much was paid out-of-pocket?), # of claims, claim status (paid/denied), amount of claims
