Hi! I would like to request for information regarding the following:

1. List of bonuses awarded to members of Philhealth's board of directors and executive officers, where "bonus" is defined as any financial benefit that is on top of an employee's base salary and statutory benefits.

2. The list should identify the executive or board member to which the bonus was awarded, along with the date of award.
