Good day,

We had a previous request (T.N.: #PH-920098226433) and would like to request a variation of the provided data with an additional field (Admit Month). In summary, we are requesting for anonymized patient level data from 2018 to 2021 with the following columns:

- Admit Year
- Admit Month
- Patient Age Group
- ICD / RVS Code
- Sex
- Total Bill
- Confinement Duration
- Claims Count
