You asked for Indigency of PhilHealth.

Response to Request

To request a PhilHealth ID as an indigent member, you should visit the nearest PhilHealth office or Local Health Insurance Office (LHIO) in your area. You may also contact the PhilHealth customer service hotline for further assistance and information.

Your right to request a review
