Hi. Good day! I would like to request for the information regarding 1) The number of reported Stroke, Epilepsy, Migraine, Parkinson’s Disease, Head Injury/Headache, Brain Tumors, Dementia, Brain Aneurysm, Neuropathy, Alzheimers Disease, and other Brain Diseases in the Philippines from year 2015-2018 or estimated upto 2020. 2) Lists of most affected areas/city/provinces of this cases in the country. Good Day po Mam/Sir, i would like to clarify my request or needs regarding to my thesis research entitled: National Hospital and Institute for Neurology. I would like to request for a data about 1.) The number of cases or patient admitted in different hospitals in the Philippines with a Neurological Diseases (e.g., Stroke, Epilepsy, Parkinson's Disease, Dementia, Multiple Sclerosis, Brain Tumor, Brain Injury, etc.). 2.) And what are the city/region in the Philippines have this kind of diseases. Thank you, Godbless and more power.

I refer to my letter of Oct 01, 2018 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for The number of reported cases of Neurological Diseases(e.g.,Epilepsy,Brain Tumors,etc.)in Philippnes. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.

As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Dec 24, 2018.

You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to or visiting our central office. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
