Hi, I have same issue found from: https://www.foi.gov.ph/requests/aglzfmVmb2ktcGhyHAsSB0NvbnRlbnQiD1BILTM4NDQyNzM5OTA1OAw

There were e-mail threads sent to & received from actioncenter@philhealth.gov.ph & pcc@malacanang.gov.ph since May 2021 about missing PhilHealth contributions online and there was an email from complaints.lrls.dolencr@gmail.com confirming Mr. Nimrod Tababan of PhilHealth that I have complete contributions; but my online records are still incomplete and affected the amounts contributed. Please send email to [Redacted][Email]; I'll forward email thread mentioned.
