Hello!

I kindly request the following information for the completion of my post-graduate thesis. 

Census of PhilHealth cases/claims (number of procedures, out patient services, admissions, claims, number of patients) for years 2016-2020 for the following hospitals located in Camarines Norte, Bicol region. If PhilHealth specific information is not available, simply a census will do.
