Hi,

I am writing your kind office to respectfully request for inpatient claims data (individual level) from January 1, 1997 to December 31, 2017. The following are the details I am hoping to obtain:
1.	Diarrheal cases with ICD 9 codes 001-009 and ICD 10 codes A00-A09 (i.e. intestinal diseases)
2.	Age or date of birth 
3.	Gender or sex 
4.	Residence of the patient (barangay-level)
5.	Date of diagnosis
6.	Dates of admission and release
7.	Health facility location (barangay-level)
