Good day.

I would like to request for data for my research on hospital performance. 

I would like to request for claims from 2008 to 2016 of Metro Manila hospitals by ICD10 code together with the following information: hospital name, classification, PhilHealth membership type (Sponsored/Nonsponsored), FFS/case rate, length of stay, actual charges, and PhilHealth benefit.

Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of [all] of the information you requested. Kindly take note that due to large file starting 2014 there are 4 files
divided by quarter. The eFOI website could not accommodate large file so we send it using your personal email.
